Function	Teaching and Training

► Each station can be completely independent. Each station can be trained individually, including all input, control, and output parts.

Mode 1. In Mode 1, the conveyor station transports the supplied workpieces, and the workpieces are transported to the visual inspection unit. Once the visual inspection is complete, the system sends a signal indicating that the product is finished or scrap. The industrial robot directly transports the scrap to the sorting station and pushes it into the scrap slot. The finished product (qualified product) is transported to the assembly station for assembly, and once assembly is complete, the workpiece is transported to the sorting station for evaluation and sorting.
	Mode 2. In Mode 2, the robot transports the supplied workpieces and transports them to the visual inspection unit. Once the visual inspection is complete, the system sends a signal indicating that the product is finished or scrap. The conveyor station directly transports the scrap to the sorting station and pushes it into the scrap slot. The finished product (qualified product) is transported to the assembly unit for assembly, and once assembly is complete, the workpiece is transported to the sorting unit for evaluation and sorting.
Mode 3. Mode 3 is to transport the workpiece supplied from the feeding station to the assembly unit for assembly, and then the industrial robot will transport the assembled workpiece to the visual analysis and inspection station for inspection. Once the inspection is complete, the industrial robot will transport it to the sorting station. The sorting station sorts different workpieces with varying results.
